News on this website!
This website is currently under construction. When completed it's primary
purpose will be to help service my clients in the promotion of their home,
and/or their search for a new one.
In the past few months many changes have been undertaken, including the
opening of our new Whitby office, the expansion of our customer service staff,
and the launching of this website. I am delighted to report that the response to
these initiatives has been fantastic! Our office enjoyed an explosive sales in
May 2001, and the integration of our new staff has been seamless.
Much of the credit has to go to the Whitby community, who has been very warm
and gracious in their welcoming of me and my staff, and this reception has
redoubled my commitment to providing the highest standard of professional
service in their real estate needs.

The Benefit of Experience
The residential real estate business is unique in that the products being
bought or sold, namely homes, are the same with every broker or agent. The
only difference to the consumer is the experience, integrity, and commitment
of those providing the service. After almost twenty years in the business, I
am proud to say that I have a generation's worth of happy customers who
continue to reward my efforts with their refers and repeat business - in
fact, 75% of our current sales is garnered in that fashion.
